Who we are

La Cascada Foods is a brand of Union Street Foods LLC ("we", "us"), a fresh prepared-foods company based in Oakland, California. This policy describes what information we collect on lacascadafoods.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Newsletter signups. If you join our email list, we collect your email address. It is stored with our email service provider (Brevo) and used only to send you occasional updates about new products, store availability, and our food bank partnerships.

Partner inquiries. If you submit our partner form, we collect the name, email, business name, and message you provide, used only to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link — one click removes you from the list. You can also ask us to delete any information we hold about you by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
