How we work

Local kitchen.Real ingredients.

Everything we make starts with local produce, follows the season, and travels a short distance to reach you. That's not a marketing line — it's how we keep things genuinely fresh.

Our standards

Why it tastes closer to the field

01

We source close to home

We buy from regional Bay Area farms and cook with what's in season rather than forcing the same recipe year-round. Seasonal sourcing means our food tastes like the time of year you're eating it — brighter in summer, deeper when the weather turns. Our ingredients travel a short distance to our kitchen, and our food travels a short distance to you.

02

We deliver fresh, not far

We deliver only to neighborhood stores across the Bay Area. We're not built for cross-country shipping or long shelf lives, and we don't want to be. Short delivery routes are what let us guarantee that what reaches the shelf was made days ago, not weeks ago.

03

We don't waste good food

We actively monitor our products and pull anything nearing its expiration date. Good food that's still good to eat doesn't go in the trash — we donate it to local food banks on our regular delivery runs. Less waste, fresher shelves, and food going to neighbors who need it.
